Invernisoft Inc. came to us with the wish to create a new cloud-based enterprise payroll solution that could provide companies with a streamlined and automated payroll process, enabling workforce management in a more efficient and intuitive package than their competitors.
We designed the Mintage Payroll system to be customizable and scalable to meet the needs of any business, regardless of size or complexity, allowing them to focus on their core operations.

• Outcome 1: Created user flows of the proposed product that payroll executives were able to use to utilise with a 100% success rate during user testing sessions.

• Outcome 2: Created a set of high fidelity prototypes to show full functionality of the product including happy paths for multiple use cases, edge cases for multiple user scenarios as well as personalisation and core functionality from both HR Management and Employer Perspectives.
