IQ Broadcast - a leading global cloud infrastructure and streaming service provider (SVOD), had been exploring different ways to expand their customer base and grow revenue streams due to continuous pressure on their existing business model. Lumin Creatives was challenged with designing a new app for their primary Internal video on demand (VOD) offering as well as devising a sustainable Digital Marketing Strategy that enabled the company to scale growth from a few hundred thousand to millions of customers, by revolutionising how customers experience their content and engage with their platform.

• Outcome 1: Designed a high-fidelity prototype of our proposition for improving their app, helping the client to visualise our solution and the value it would deliver to their VOD offering.

• Outcome 2: Developed a business and financial model, incorporating core platform features, customer feedback insights, sources of competitive advantage, commercialisation approach and strategic drivers.

• Outcome 3: Created and currently implement the marketing strategy for both IQ Broadcast and their in house VOD Brand, growing both customer bases at a steady rate.
